François MONIER is also the Tourism Commitee Chairman of the French Guiana Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCI). He was in Kourou this friday to welcome our French Overseas Counties Minister: Marie Luce PENCHARD, member of our french government. François MONIER welcome her in Kourou in the name of the President of the CCI as she was visiting some economic and touristic intersting spots.
