Visiting a new forest camp, Grand Laussat

Sunday May 27th people from ECHOSTAR XVII team visited the new forest camp "Auberge de Grand Laussat" in St. Laurent du MARONI direction.
This new camp is located 200 km from Kourou in a very nice and pleasant area (only 300 m of country road from RN1). A little but nice creek gives the opportunity of refreshing and swimming. A charming decoration, smiling welcome of the managers and delicious food at a very reasonable rate are for sure the important attractions of this place.
A short walk on the botanic path in Awala Yalimapo completed this nice Sunday trip.
